Nova Gorica, together with the Italian city of Gorizia, proudly holds the title of European Capital of Culture this year. Its slogan #Borderless clearly communicates the core mission of this title, which is the connection of two countries, two cities, and all their residents.
For 40 years, the Hit Universe of Fun company has been connecting this region through a wide range of entertainment and tourism offers. Borderless Flavors & Art
Add a touch of art and culture to your entire visit to Nova Gorica, even during your stay. The Park has transformed into shapes and motifs through 118 prints by renowned artists who worked in this region between 1951 and 1989. While staying at the Park, you can explore the entire Collection of Prints by artists from the Primorska region. If you purchase the “Borderless Flavours & Art” package, you will also receive a themed tasting menu with the flavours of these areas, along with a catalogue of the exhibition.

Goriška Camino
For all activity enthusiasts who wish to intensively experience the wider cross-border Goriška region during their visit to the European Capital of Culture, we recommend the Goriška Camino. It is an 80 km long route between Aquileia and Sveta Gora, consisting of 3 or 4 stages, which can, of course, be completed partially. Upon completing the final stage, you will be welcomed at the comfortable and authentic Sabotin Hotel near Sveta Gora in Solkan, featuring an excellent restaurant and a magical garden with natural shade.
